Good to have this back - since the old platform I’ve beaten Prostate Cancer and a subsequent breakdown.
I left the world of Corporate Pharmaceuticals and now run a Community Kitchen out of a converted American School Bus in Bristol.
This was a great source of inspiration, an Avenue into new music both old and recent - so thanks for resurrecting.
Hello Jolyon - hope you’re well sir. I just wanted to say that your ‘Songs For Neuromantics’ DJ mix has given me many moments of joy. The order of tracks is totally bang on and the coherence in the style and just general vibe is really something else. I would love to hear more mixes from you - is there anywhere I can find them?
I’m Bob also known as MrH, thankfully seem to have worked out how to get my old name and profile pic’’ . Have been virtually hanging out with other bunches of reprobates on Rising Edge Radio, Vault Radio and presenting a request show with my local hospital radio station.
Hello, lurker from the past forum, very occasional DJ and general hoarder looking to expand my wax mountain. I’ve already spent my months record budget trawling the Furtive 50 suggestions…
Welcome back fellow knitters!!! . Used to be a member of the Cross Stitch Massive back in the day…knit one, Pearl on…hang on…this isnt the Grimsby Knitters reunion thread???
Seriously though, glad to see DJH back. Was a browser first time around, whilst I discovered the wonderfulness that is Balearica. Old Raver and now lover of Disco from old Dublin town…pleased to see some of the lads from Brighton are back too. And I like Prefab Sprout too.
Marc, lived in Manchester in the mid-00’s but moved to the states since and got a proper job that sends me all over the world where I pop onto the occasional record shop and buy weird and wonderful records. Pretty much given up on clubs.
New Hampshire but I was in Olympia/Seattle earlier this week. I had 3 hours before my flight and someone recommended that I got to Easy Street Records. Wasn’t quite what I was looking for.
