I discovered so much good [https://soundcloud.com/lordnoiz/plagtown-radio-17](https://soundcloud.com/lordnoiz/plagtown-radio-17) > **[Plagtown Radio 17 – Plagtown](https://plagtown.de/plagtown-radio-17/)** Time Gets Wasted – Ash Walker, Sly5thAve, Denitia Breathe – Dinner Party, Terrace Martin, Robert Glasper, Kamasi Washington, 9th Wonder, Arin Ray Gravura – Daniel T. Brackets (Version) – Aera Somebody to Love Tonight – Patrick Cowley Basilisk – Martyn, Om Unit Howls – Nu Genea Icare – Yuksek, Bertrand Burgalat At Midnight – T-Connection Schöne Frau Mit Geld (Losoul Remix) – Ideal Mystic Tech (Original Mix) – Rick Wade 24 Hours in a Disco – Kiki Gyan In the Deep – Jesse Bru I asked chat gpt to write short summary of the mix based on the tracklist: > this DJ mix features a diverse selection of genres and eras, spanning from classic disco to modern electronic music. The mix begins with mellow, jazzy vibes with tracks from Ash Walker, Dinner Party, and Daniel T., before moving into more upbeat, dancefloor-friendly tracks like “Brackets (Version)” by Aera and “Somebody to Love Tonight” by Patrick Cowley. > The mix continues to explore a range of sounds, from the tribal rhythms of “Basilisk” by Martyn and Om Unit to the disco-funk of “At Midnight” by T-Connection. The inclusion of “Schöne Frau Mit Geld (Losoul Remix)” by Ideal and “Mystic Tech” by Rick Wade adds a touch of classic deep house to the mix. > The mix closes out with the hypnotic and atmospheric “In the Deep” by Jesse Bru, bringing the listener on a journey through various moods and energies. Overall, this DJ mix offers a well-crafted blend of eclectic and danceable tracks that are sure to keep the party going. ---

I did Hoer for the second time at the end of May while in Berlin. This time I decided to keep it simple and play loads of house music which I dig. It felt great to get in there straight off the plane (I landed 1 hour 25 mins before the start time - was tight!) and get stuck in. I LOVE mixing 2 tunes together and making something new from them. It’s really a joy. My set was 100% improvised, I don’t use sync or rekordbox and I hadn’t heard 90% of the tunes before apart from checking they were good enough to play so it was really fresh feeling for me to play them and I think that came across in the vibes. If you navigate to actual page the music is on, copy the direct url and just paste it into the message should show up. You don’t need to use the embed link. Sometimes will take a mo to ‘show’. ---

I recorded a show for Balamii, on the playback i realised i may have inadvertently stolen a mix from an early 90s DJ Krush live mix. Hopefully he doesn’t catch wind of this. That “poem” at the start was recorded for me by a friend, it’s a reading of the weird Amanda Holden TikTok, but in Doric. https://w.soundcloud.com/player/?visual=false&url=https%3A%2F%2Fapi.soundcloud.com%2Ftracks%2F1541954797&show_artwork=true&maxheight=166 Tracklist: Paul Metzger - Opening Templeroy - Dubometer Ganjah Posse - Me Say Boom (Phatty Boom Mix) Mélaaz - Non, Non ,Non Vinicius de Moraes & Odette Lara - Berimbau The Backyardigans - Castaways (Flipout Isley Edit) Lukie D. & Determine - Between the Sheets Aragon - Horridula The Simonsound - Dry Bones Broadcast - Where Youth and Laughter Go Will Young - Friday’s Child (Heavy Weather Dub) Les Rita Mitsouko - L’oiseau Chante Ive - Hanime Lamb - Trans Fatty Acid Conzooma - Boombastic Hardcore Flowa Powa Revival Tuna David Holmes - Don’t Die Just Yet (La Funk Mob Mix) Genesis P-Orridge & Astrid Monroe - When I Was Young The Pentangle - Rain and Snow Stereolab - Metronomic Underground Delonte Rivers - Cosmic Frequencies Khaleej Fareek - Maljadeed Popp - Gundel Igor Zhukovsky & Mrr Drumetrics - Pongtron Jaz & Bertie - Crazy Boy (Tape Demo Dub) David Martin-Rae - That Man G-Connection - Free Your Spirit (Spirit Mix) Linda Myers - Look Inside Sound Voyage - Super Molam Trinity - Trinity John Martyn - Big Muff (Alternate Take #1) Naná Vasconcelos - Chorágua Plovdiv’s Children’s Choir Tomas Gubitsch - Toma Que Toma Om - Brother That (Om Beats) Stomp - Ripper Sole Jean Kassapian - The Snake The Caretaker - All You Are Going To Want To Do Is Get Back There Jun Miyake - Lillies Of The Valley Claude Lombard - Sleep well ---
